Projecore was created in 2022 to meet the needs of companies by
assisting with identifying, assessing, and executing the necessary
protection for their facilities.

We simplify and cut costs for our clients while ensuring their investments are protected and compliant.

With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry and
exposure to many aspects of commercial construction, Projecore also
offers project management services including site assessments and 3rd
party inspections.

With over 150 cases, 40 depositions, and more than a dozen courtroom appearances, Rob is a confident and competent witness.

In 2012, Rob co-founded the Storefront Safety Council, which documents and analyzes vehicle-into-building nationally. That database now has over 20,000 incidents and has been judged reliable by federal agencies, the National Institute of Building Sciences, and numerous federal and state courts all over the United States

With certified engineers, highly skilled fabricators, and diverse equipment, SBI has the capability to produce anything from small machine parts to 30-foot-long, 15,000-pound components, all in different alloys. Complete systems, assembly, design, manufacturing, and distribution are also available.

ATLAS was established with one goal in mind, the customer. The owners of ATLAS know the frustrations of being a customer and an installer of others company products. Our products (bollards, plate barriers, cable fences) are designed with standard parts to reduce delivery times, and for quick and easy installation for the field contractors.

The owner of Projecore, Ken Skertich, has worked with Fortune 500 companies on nationwide programs and initiatives involving large retail roll-out programs, ground-up builds, retail storefront buildout, and much more.

Most recently his work the last few years has focused on a program consisting of managing the installation of thousands of bollards at hundreds of locations nationwide for a daycare/school.

Projecore Inc. collaborates with its partners to design new products or modify its existing products to meet a customer's specific needs. We also provide surveys, design services, and risk assessments, including identifying site vulnerabilities or potential threats.

Utility Surveying

Projecore Inc. works with many nationwide utility survey companies to provide Clients with a detailed understanding of all underground utilities during the design phase of a project.

We have found this critical in helping our client's avoid miscalculations and placement of barriers that might be compromised by unintentional conflict with underground utilities. This also reduces the number and cost of change orders in the field during an installation to allow projects to come in on time and within budget.

Site Risk Assessment

Projecore Inc. utilizes the services of the co-founder of the Storefront Safety Council, Rob Reiter & Associates, throughout the pre and post-design phases of creating safety barriers on and around a perimeter.

Rob is a nationally recognized safety expert offering consultation to industries, and companies, and is an expert in litigation involving the foreseeability and preventability of vehicle-into-building and vehicle-into-pedestrian crashes nationally.

Design Services

Our designs can be simple, providing basic computer renderings of a product application that typically satisfies most jurisdictions. For more in-depth site requirements, we will engage a licensed architect or engineer depending on the detail required for the application of the safety product.

Projecore will work with you directly to determine the most cost-effective and efficient way to generate the designs required for an installation.
